Now as an established non-collecting contemporary art museum with a growing regional and national reputation, we saw an opportunity to emphasize the museums commitment to excellence and felt it was time to evolve the brand to meet this profile an important intention of our strategic plan. The identity established a decade ago has served us very well, said Director & CEO, Gary Ryan. Upon being accredited by the American Alliance of Museums in 2010, the then Contemporary Art Center of Virginia was re-branded the Virginia Museum of Contemporary Art and referred to as MOCA. The Virginia Museum of Contemporary Art, a cornerstone of the arts in Virginia Beach and Hampton Roads for the past 60 years, is refreshing its brand with a new logo, website and updated mission and vision statements.

They had their sweet father daughter dance, but then busted a move and did a fun, upbeat song together. There wasn’t a dry eye in the museum as they twirled around the dance floor as husband and wife!īut if we’re being honest, the real show-stealers were Martina and her dad. “Will you show me, that I’m your everything And I’ll be yours, make sure you’re sure That you’ll love me all the way.” I’ve heard a lot of wedding songs, but the words in this one really got me! The bride and groom danced to All the Way by Ledisi – it was so romantic! I know that this wedding day has been a long time coming, and I’m so excited to share all the gorgeousness from their big day!
It’s not hard to see why Michael joyfully courted his bride for so many years. The first thing I remember the bride saying was that she is super awkward in front of the camera.īut the very first photo I have of them, her thousand watt smile totally lit up the room! I first met these two lovebirds back at a wedding event in Town Center last year.
